well thats a really good question.... i originally wanted an evo but my car head gasket went and this is a lil cheaper then an evo and i figure its got what 230hp stock the 2.0 turbo and the boxer rumble i love. so you can say i want a turboed car but how is the 2.5rs compared?
i would go turbo once you go turbo i think you would never look back

Welcome! The 2.5rs is a great car, all the things that make the WRX great (AWD, reliablity, Safety, low maintenance costs, etc...) The biggest difference between the two is power. The WRX is in the 225hp range, where as the 2.5rs is at 160hp. I also believe the suspension is a bit beefier in the WRX, but I'm not as sure about the older models.
