    Hi from Maine

Hello, new member here. I joined the site to do some research, and about a month ago drove home with my first Subaru. Im normally a jeep guy, but modding an WRX seems like a nice change of pace from lift kits and rusty bolts.

So far its always muddy or salty so I havent been able to take any good pics. Plans are for a stage 2 build with replacing some of the leaky plastic parts.

Hello and welcome to the Club!

You are going to like the WRX a lot more than a Jeep.

    I'm somewhat biased.

Yep.. having been a prior jeep buy (with a huge detour into turbo fords..) .. I can definitely say you'll like the wrx just as much if not more and the communities are alike in a lot of ways.

    Nice lookin car

Welcome! Where do you live in Maine? I've spent a lot of time there over the years. North Maine Woods, Downeast, Deer Isle, Portland, Sunday River, all over.

    Hey - Welcome!

I live in NJ but I bought my 2011 WRX Sedan from Maine, Patriot Subaru. The only dealer had the car i wanted in stock. I looked everywhere within 1000 miles radius. I wanted a hatch, satin white pearl with premium package. I returned with sedan lol. Luckily, they had both cars in stock with same options.

    Russ,
