Questions about a new clutch

Hey guys,
So basically my clutch is on its last leg and i need to get it replaced. but i was thinking that since im replacing it why not upgrade it to a better clutch and flywheel. but the only problem is i dont know what are good ones to go with and if getting stage 1 or stage 2 matters.

i plan on starting to mod the car out. i got a stock 02 wrx bugeye

How far (power-wise) are you realistically going to modify the car? You choose a clutch based on your power.

Im not exactly sure how far i wanna go, it really depends on my money. around xmas i was thinking getting a turboback exhaust and a tune. But i just dont want to get a oem clutch because i know there is eventually going to be after market parts in it.

Depends on how far you take it. For StageII power levels and a mild turbo upgrade, it should hold the power fine. Anything turbo upgrade that would necessitate a heavier-duty clutch, you have to worry about your engine/transmission giving out.
