mechanic in baltimore, md area

hi, i have a 2002 wrx, which i LOVE, but have had a very difficult time finding someone to work on it. i have tried the dealership, private auto shops, and mechanics who work out of their garages. none of them have been helpful or realistic with their prices. anyone have a suggestion of someone good in the baltimore area?
