    Winter tires&Rims

I am finalizing my calculations for my 2011 WRX Limited. and want to include the additional cost of winter/snow tires and an additional set of rims. I will be buying as winter starts and I understand that the stock tires are summer rated. Virginia is a mild state but drives up to the slopes in West VA and PA can be challenging. I would lkie to stay south of $1500 altogether not including mounting/balancing, etc..
On another note, how do you store your summer tires for the winter?

I just got wheels and tires from tirerack.com for my STI and it was $1200 but I didn't get the TPMS. I didn't think the TPMS was worth it.
