04 sti to much fuel

04 sti dont know what previous owner did to this car. i am unable to find him. anyway iv installed a wideband 02 guage the car is running to rich, 10.5. can i adjust fuel pressure or do i have to install a pressure reg, i so what do you recommend? also the wastegate is opening to soon im looseing boost, prevs owner pust another spring on the arm to try and keep gate closed but that is just a micky mouse job i would like to fix the right way. it is an artermarket turbo but not sure what kind or size. any and all input would be great thanks

I would go get a tune on the car. Even if the ECU is stock, you can get an OPEN SOURCE tune to get the AFR in check
