Ooh,hang on. That is the throb of a turbocharged flat four engine. A sound which, all over the world, heralds the imminent arrival of a moron - JC.

What you hear on the video doesn't even come close to doing the exhaust sound justice! It sound better in person, you'll love it! Congrats on the 2011 wrx!

It really does sound better in person. The sound of the exhaust was the biggest, best surprise when I first fired up my new 2011. During heavy acceleration, if you drop your foot off of the accelerator pedal suddenly, that exhaust will actually make a popping sound for you. It sounds great, and is loud enough to hear inside, but not at all obnoxiously loud.

Welcome to the forums. You should read the stickies and this thread before posting a bunch of questions about which BOV to get and how much hp your Invidia N1 catback will give you. Here's even a thread for 2011s!

This thread is full of misinformation. The stock exhaust is, in keeping with their recent collaboration, shared with the Toyota Prius.

I just got an ''11 wrx and her note is pretty sweet to be stock; nothing to settle with but sweet for the non-tuner fans.
