water pump problem/i think

HI

i have a 1995 subaru impreza wrx sti and yesterday i blew my radiator and today i put in another one brannew. i bled it and the bottom pipe is cold and the top pipe is boiling hot i took it to a macanic he said its an water pump problem which he tryed to sort the problem out he stated the car and opend the cap and the water just blushed back out then i took it to anoter macanic which was around the corner he said the same


while i was driveing back home the hot air started to blow propper hot any chance any one can help me please

Nope - no other possibility- with the new rad- its the water pump!
