So hello all my new Subie friends here at clubWRX, my name is Michael or just Mike if ya like? I'm obviously new to this forum but I'm also a proud member of rs25.com and most recently I-Club. I figured I’d check it out on this forum and see how many cool Subie people there are here.
Now a little about me, Now going on for 10yrs; I'm a soldier in the US Army. It’s a great job and I love serving my country. I'm deployed to Iraq right now but should be back the beginning of next month with all hope. I'm currently stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY and on orders to report to Hawaii in December. At the moment, I'm the proud owner of three Impreza's. Let me introduce you to them
First off and my most favorite, My 05 WRX. I just picked her up a few weeks ago now... I have some serious plans for this one starting off with some pnp and a new set of shoe's
Next is my 2001 Impreza 2.5rs, obviously her days of being only an RS are long over but she is a fun car for sure. Lots of blood sweet and tears went into this one with no end in sight "not quite finished as you can see from the pic" This car is the source of where most of my tuning knowledge comes from; I did most of the work myself with a little help from my Dad; He's a ASE certified mechanic of 29yrs... 9yrs of that being Subaru

And last but not least, my 96 Impreza Outback wagon. Isn't much to look at right now. But I definitely have plans for her some day. Just not so much in a hurry since this one mostly takes up the Daily Driver duties and whatnot ( get's good mpg). Here's a pic of her right before I took her out to play in the snow.
Well that's all for now, Hope to meet some cool people here and always learn something new. These forums have always been a great source of knowledge to me.
Cheers Yall
Michael

LOL.. If you think you spend to much money on your wrx now, Get a older RS like mine.. Holly Smokes MONEY! I could have had myself a new STI paid offwith the amount of money I spent on that one. But then again, that was the first subie I went buck wild on and most definitely did some learning, the hard way. Certainly not a project for the faint of heart! ill say that much.
