Looking for install instructions left rear door moulding

    Hi,

I have a 2002 WRX that is missing the 10 inch plastic moulding that is located on the left rear door. I have the replacement part which came with screws from Subaru but don't see how they can be used. looking into the hole where the moulding goes there isn't a place on the inside that would allow me to screw this into place.

Does anyone have any instruction related to replacing the left rear door side moulding for a 2002 WRX? I've searched the site and didn't find anything related to installation.

    Thank you.

Can you provide a picture or diagram of exactly what molding piece you're talking about? There's a lot of pieces on the door frame of the car...

Here is the location. 1st pic of the trim on the right and the 2nd of the opposite side where it is missing.

The trim I received from the dealer comes with screws but if you look into the mounting hole where the molding is missing there isn't a place to set the screw.

    Thanks - Doug
