23 psi on stock internalsThats sounds like a recipe for disaster. But nonetheless its a sweet looking car and a solid mods list

Hey Guys.
I知 Joe; I知 a 20 year old guy who lives in FL.
I drive a 04 "Panda STi". I picked it up in December of '09 after spending about 5 months looking for one (I made the mistake of test driving one at a dealer one day) getting screwed by dealers and losing out on private sales because school got in the way
Its needed a lot of TLC and I've been busting my ass to get it 100% and running right. Hopefully I only have a few more things to work out before its good again. Im hoping I can get some wisdom from here that will help me out
Anyways mods are as follows:
Go:
-Exedy Stage 2 Clutch
-Fidanza Lightweight flywheel
-Ultimate Racing GT3076 full rotated kit (Dual Ball Bearing gt3076r)
-New OEM Block and internals
-Tial 44mm Wastegate
-Tial 50mm Blowoff valve
-LHT Fabricated Rotated FMIC with Cold Longram intake
-LHT Fabricated 3" Catless exhaust w/ Cutout
-Power Enterprise 850cc injectors
-Apexi AVCR
-Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
-Tein H-Tech Lowering springs
-Kartboy Shifter bushings
-ECU Flash/Tune by Top Speed/Scott Siegel
-HKS Type 1 Turbo Timer SE
-Other misc necessary goodies from Top Speed as well (MAF rewire etc)
Show:
-18" Konig Runaways
-225/45ZR18 Hankook Ventus R-S2 high performance tires
-Zero/Sports Push Button start
-SIEBON Carbon Fiber hood (Scoop less RS Hood)
-VIS Racing Carbon Fiber trunk
-Freshly (professionally) repainted Aspen White
-Roof (professionally) painted Black
-Blacked set of Tails rewired for the jdm/eye look
-Clear Headlights with flat black bezel
-Rewired Top I/C Spray button to spray wiper fluid instead. Holds at lot more bug juice that way
To-Do List
Fix a couple of codes giving me a CEL
Get an Odyessy battery (should be here friday)
Overhaul the brembo system (new rotors, fluid, pads etc)
All that gives me 421awhp to the wheels and 396lbs torque @ approx 23psi which is definitely enough to float my boat for nowI definately wouldn't mind going further in a couple years when I dont owe as much.
Here's some eye candy:
(Tail lights have been redone since this picture)

Yeah the old owner wasn't exactly the brightest bulb out there. After he had a misfire on cyl 4 he just coughed up for a new block and new internals instead of getting built.
They got about 14,000 miles on em right now. Im praying I can get another 17,000 off of them. I would like to be built in the next year or two though.
Thanks! You live in orlando huh? Crazy party town![]()
Wow, nice ride. Perks.
Was just reading about engine rebuilds actually. Hopefully your stocker lasts for a bit longer to get some cash back flowing again to the wallet =)

Damn, I love the way the black and white looks.
Great looking ride, and welcome to the Club!!
That's awesome... some expensive parts on there too! Overall the mod list looks pretty good! Too bad he didn't pay the extra 300 for some damned pistons and rods

Yeah he was a wierd one alright. About two months before he decided to sell the car it was sitting on a set of Gunmetal gram light pro 57s.
If he could afford that then why the hell not some upgraded internals? Sheesh.
Then again he did pretty much sell the shirt off his back to make the car what it is. If he actually DID things right he probably wouldn't have dug himself in a hole
Anyways thanks for all the welcomes guys! Hopefully I can meet some fellow local Scooby guys here. All it seems to be here is Evos left and right. Not that I got anything agasint 'em. But its cool to mingle with your own kind once in a while![]()

Nice looking car. I swear, every picture I see of one makes me want one that much more
Also...I'm with you on the EVOs. In Sarasota thats all there is as well, here in Englewood theres 90 year olds in Cadillacs...haha.
Very cool car. Id take it easy till you get some new pistons. Looks awesome.

Well we got a lot of old guys here that's for sure. Im pretty sure they all hate my car (I know my grandma does LOL)
Also thats kind of how I was when I first learned about em. Every time I saw a nice picture of one I was just like "damn! I gotta get my hands on one". Then you test drive one and its all over...you get hooked like a kid on crack
Thanks! Right now I pretty much just drive it to work and scool and thats it. No track or beating on it![]()
hahaha i think i've seen this car in videos on YouTube.....racing. hahahaha
welp wasnt me that's for sure. Most likely wasnt on the new motor either because the guy never put the tranny back in right when he replaced it so it was kind of just
(barely) hanging there...haha
I knew there was some things that were gonna have to be fixed but hey I got the car for a bargain. After having it inspected the only thing left is the flywheel and clutch are messed up. They never got adjusted right so I got flywheel chatter (even after adjusting them). Not too big of an issue
