I just bought a 02 wrx sport wagon. The precious owner put a whole bunch of stuff in it, I hoped maybe someone wouldn't mind exposing some of these things. The car is verrrry fast and has alot of gauges. So what does this term mean "ECU Remapped Car last dyno'd at 276whp/310bhp"?

It means that the computer that regulates how your car performs has been re-programmed.
Stock and new your car probably made approx 182whp (can someone confirm 20% drivetrain loss?).
A dyno is how you measure how much horsepower your car makes to the wheels (after the drivetrain loss from your symmetrical all wheel drive).
