So I just purchased my 07 wrx yesterday and I was just curious on what are the recommended/best ways to get the most out of my car. I'm at a high elevation and have read a tune can be essential to the performance. Do I get the tuning done first or after I upgrade my up/down pipe and exhaust? Any suggestions?

Doing a tune on a stock car is called Stage 1.
Installing an aftermarket downpipe requires a different tune, known as Stage 2.
