recent owner of a 06 black subaru wrx. im looking to upgrade the wheels, exhaust, cold air intake. can anyone give me advice on brands, websites, etc for upgrades?
No cold air intake. Not good for the mass flow air sensor. I love the sound but could make you car run worse. You will find that opinion from most people. If you search there are many threads on why that is.

yeah i did hear that. should i just go with exhaust and maybe performance chip? ultimately i wana get up to 300hp for right now.
There are not any chip for these cars. You have a lot of research to do about forced induction cars. Stage 1, Stage 2, ECU maps. I don't know where to start. Somebody give the OP some links!
