Need someone in th boston area to help/do a uppipe install

Bought a used 02 wrx and then bought a used TBE that had an up pipe included. Didn't want to put the down pipe or up-pipe in but found out the car already has a cobb down pipe in it.

Sooooo to save my turbo from getting shredded (from what i was told will happen) i have decided i want to install the up-pipe. Just dont know how, dont really have the tools, and $ is an issue since i will now have to get it tuned or buy the AP.

Hope there is some one around the tri-state/ new england area who could help. beers and food on me unless of course you are under aged. cuz that would be wrong
    PLEASE???
