Just sold my mustang, bought a wrx! have some questions

Hey everyone, new to the wrx world.Some mods were done to the car when i got it and have some questions

2006 Subaru WRX. 63xx miles.
Tinted tailights
Tsudo Cat Back exhaust
STi V limited front lip
Carbon Fiber trunk - Painted Blue (has 8 holes in it, horribly plugged and want to replace)
Brand new Bridgestone all-season tires
Ill include two sets of wheels(Enkeis and stock rims, both with good rubber)
Cobb AccessPort V2

So I have a couple questions

1. What are some good mods for mpg/stage 1 on the cobbs AP?
2. anyone want my carbon fiber trunk for a stock blue wrx trunk?
3. What is the best intake to get?
4. Best short shifter?

2. Cant help here
3. Spt, cobb, or K&N because they come with a heatsheild...and sound sweet.
4. Maybe kartboy but im not to sure..
