    On the subject of flood of "cheap" amazing wonder TMICS. - NASIOC
    TMIC. Aftermarket? STI? Is the WRX TMIC sufficient? - NASIOC

    Personally, I wouldn't bother. A quality used TMIC will run in the $400-500 range, and would be better.

    I saw an SSAC exhaust (Abiet on a 240SX, not a WRX. Still the same material and contstruction quality) rust off the hangers over the course of one winter in Texas (winter? what's that?).

    helix is good.
    I had luck with an ebay brand, erz.
    Great exhaust that's made it through 4 Idaho winters.... Real winters, without rust.

    Years back before I got into Subarus I ordered a recirculating valve for a VW from ssac. These jack-holes sent me a BOV for a WRX. It looked nothing like the photo. It was painfully apparent too, even I knew a rex tmic flange by sight. They wouldn't return communication let alone money. I had to have PayPal get my money back.
