    new member/car 03 wrx

    what up all,
    im new to the forum, and new to my car:
    2003 wrx wagon
    5 spd
    2.0 turbo
    130,000 mi

    what are some common problems that i should look for/know about?
    (the car is in mint shape, always garaged and babied)

    If u haven't already done so, might wanna get a catless up-pipe, plugs, timing belt and change all fluids. And be carefull with the tranny; no hard shifts

    besides saving your turbo from imminent destruction? you'll see the powerband move slightly to the left, with peak boost arriving about 400 RPM sooner.

    The oem has a cat that could potentially go bad and broken particles cld damage turbo. Catless obviously eliminates such problem and enables faster spool up.
