    Welcome to the club.

Best mod I can think of is a tactrix cable, and an opensource tune. Take a look at RomRaider.com for more details. It's the first mod I did to mine and it made the car MUCH better in terms of power, accelaration, and overall behavior of the engine.

Next step would be a turbo back exhaust and Stage 2 when you're able, or if you're able to get both already, get the tactrix cable, and the TBE and go straight to Stage 2 for quite a bit more power.

****ing sweet then dude, I have a tactrix cable. Make some time to come over to my place in South Jordan and I'll flash your ECU with a tune I've been using for a few months. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

Depends on which exhaust you want.. Maybe $500-$800.. Then take it on over to Anub1s and load an off the shelf map for $0.

I might be mistaken, but I think that should net you about 60bhp.

Once upon a time I had a stage 2 WRX and it felt very nice.

After that I would do as LPPTundWRX said and get some stainless braided brake lines and hawk pads. Then it's time to look into suspension components, ie. springs and struts. But that all depends on exactly how you want it to ride.
