    New from Barcelona (Spain)

    Hi!!
    I just bought my subie two months ago and found this community at the same time. Itīs an Impreza Boxer Diesel, yeah I know diesel itīs just used by trucks and tractors in the USA and Canada but here gasoline itīs so expensive...


    Those are the specifications of the boxer diesel engine:

    AWD - BVM 6
    Dimensions: L x W x H: 4 415 x 1 740 x 1 470 mm
    Engine: Diesel, 4 cylinder boxer, turbocharged, 2 DOHC, 16 valves. Capacity: 1 998 cm3.
    Max power: 110 kW (150 hp) / 3 600 rpm.
    Maximum torque: 350 Nm / 1 800 - 2 400 rpm.

    Actually is 1,1€ each liter (1.57 US$)

    wow so if I did my math correctly it's about $6.28(US)/Gallon

    I pay right now here -> $2.79/Gallon (93 octane gas)
