    Wud up everyone, just wanted to post that i'm new to the site, i have an 03 wrx thats my daily driver that i mess around with, just got a free set of smoked lights and a STI wing on Craigslist, i love free ****.

    +1 on the smoked lights though. they look cheap & can also be dangerous (decreased visibility at night.. people could have a hard time seeing you)

    i would agree on the wingless except he managed to get the sti wing for free. And though i love the wingless look, i hate the plugged holes look.

    i'm not too concerned on the dark tail lights, i have insurance for a reason, as for the wingless, thats changing as of tomrrow morning, i think that sti fin looks awesome, plus my old trunk has hail damage so its really a win win.

    It's your choice, of course, but how is insurance going to be any good if someone hits you hard enough to maim you or even kill you? Anyway, grats on the free stuff.

    Tinting your tailights makes them no longet DOT approved. Using non DOT approved safety equipment on your car can make you liable for an accident even if it was someone else rearending you. Insurance can also fight you for things like that.

    Trust me i thought about tinting my tails. But after all the negatives that come with it, its just not worth it.
