    Oh Hai!

Best thing you can do is read this -> Unabomber's Manifesto - NASIOC

What are your power goals? how is the car being used? Mods are dependant on how you will use the car.

Best "mod" you can do right now. This has been answered 9.7 billion times at least, no exaggeration. First thing is first, you need to learn about your car, what CAN be done, what parts and modifications exist, and, what the limitations are, etc...then come up with a mod plan. Do you want more power? Do you want better handling? Do you want just better looks? Don't just throw on parts and mods for the sake of doing it.

    i agree w/ everyone.

researching is the best mod you can do. subarus are extremely picky when it comes to aftermarket power mods.

learn everything you possibly can, then choose what you want to do.

Welcome! As with any car, the best thing to do is take it to the track and see where it needs to improve (obviously a track of what you are into, like drag, auto-x, rally-x, etc). Then you'll have your mod list, lol.

    fix'd

IMO, the best mod on a stock car is the "driver mod". Learn how to drive your car, and what its limits are. Tracks and possibly autoX's have instructors. Once you feel that those limits are too low, then find what you can to increase that.
