    New here!

Hello all. I am new to the Subaru forums and Subaru in general. I recently picked up a 2000 Impreza 2.5 rs. Its in good shape as far as the body goes but the engine is possibly locked up. Not sure yet if it is, i have to start pulling the engine apart and see whats what. I need help finding an engine if anyone knows where to find one.

I've seen WRX long blocks go for a low as $1,200.

probably 7-10kish including engine/transmission/labor. my numbers might be slighly off but my boyfriend wanted to do an RS swap and after reading countless threads on nasioc, that seemed to be the consensus.

probably 1/2 of that number is labor... if not more.

    WRX-TX - Engines&drivetrain

On here you can get the whole drivetrain swap for approximately 3.5k Give them a call and see if they'll work with you on prices.
