Aren't the ESX STi's RWD? I saw one for sale on the net a while back and it stated RWD as opposed to AWD

welcome, I kno a guy that has an ESX STi, they look sharp imo. i like the red with stripes. not 20k extra like, but it's pretty tight. and jfontanoza, why you going with the 05 vs the 04? any reason?

    k. i guess i like the 04 interior more, thats just me. but if your just doing it to say you have an 05 instead of an 04 then i guess that doesn't matter.

I seen that people liked the 05 interior better versus the 04. But you're right, I feel the same way. But to make my decision final, I need to hop in the driver seat in both and compare for myself. Not just some pictures.

Just keep in mind that the '04 was a little bit more raw in terms of performance feel and the 65/35 DCCD split. Now the '05 does have Helical Front differential, .5" wider wheels (17x8 vs 17x7.5 for the 2004)), rear wheel well arch fender flares, Yaw sensors, AM/FM/CD changer, Immobilizer key, new remote entry fob, new automatic climate control knobs, new door armrests with power mirror controls, new center console with 2 cupholders.... But yeah, I too like the '04 interior or atleast the Steering wheel.

i don't really care what you get, i was just wondering what your reasoning was. the 04 also has a better tranny from what i've heard from my tuner. but do whatever.
