Hi there, and welcome to the club!

Of course we tend to be more bias towards Subaru, so good luck landing a WRX! Doubtful you'll be looking at much of a discount on the brand newbies, unless you're good at negotiating. I can only suggest price-shopping and lots of online research. Good luck!

To get the SI is to give up. Yeah it may be fast, but you're always going to have the WRX in the back of your mind.

You might be able to get a 2009 for a pretty good deal because the 2010's are coming in now. That's what I did.

Do what you have to do to get the WRX, last time I didn't get the WRX, I regretted it. This time though, I did not.

Truth. I hear the '09s are nice! Plus if you buy a "used" one with like 100 miles, you'll save thousands from the get-go!

I think I've seen yours too! Especially if you're on 66/495 a lot (I am every day!). And I'm sure I attempted to wave! Next time you see me wave and I'll know! LOLz.

If you're willing to travel for a good deal, look even further outside your area. A plane ticket can be way worth it if you can save thousands on a new car! And sometimes the dealer will cut you a break if you have to travel far.

09 or 10 doesn't really matter, imo they are extremely similar. its nicer to have the 10 for that resale fact where its just one year newer but whatever. As long as you don't settle for something like a honda civic

for '09 no sunroof on basic- I think you have to step-up to premium edition for that...and now in '10 they offer leather seats on the limited edition..sunroof is def a plus i have to say
