new here. new to subaru, well owning them

Hey guys, my names joel and im 20 years old. I've been working on cars, mostly hondas, acuras, bmw audi and vw since I was like 12-13.

I've owned 2 audi a4's both heavily modded, one with a k04 turbo, the other stock k03 but a lot of other work done, a 92 civic with a high compression d series and than that blew up because of me, went to a high comp (11.5:1) jdm b18c in it and it never got running. I had friends pull the motor and put it in my buddys 94 ls shell with some other of my stuff on it and i bought that. that was like 3 months ago. ive sunk thousands into that car only to decide to part it out for a wrx. although I still have the car, it was supposed to be a track car. I havent driven it in like 2 or 3 weeks and i already really miss it. its still in 1 piece though, minus the stereo.

I'll post a link to it rather than just listing most of the stuff i have on it. keep in mind i have a ton of other parts for the car sitting not installed..
my 1994 Acura Integra LS - Mischief Forum

The car is covered in vinyl cause the paint sucks.

ANYWAYS on to the Subaru part of my life. my buddy since I was like 15-16 had a 01 gc8 4 door. the thing is bone stock with the exception of 35% tint and a drop in k&n. That car I have always loved. I've also got a buddy with an 07 sti. Those were the 2 most prominent subarus in my life so far haha.

my integra isnt practical to drive in PA in the winter, I live in MD now, and am moving up to Blairsville, PA in september to start school at wyotech. So I need something practical there.

So I was at a dealership back in ohio where I used to live, and I saw a dark grey/charcoal/black 02 WRX, i was currious and it turned out it had been on the lot for 5 hours and they hadnt cleaned it or anything.

It has 39k miles on it. Right there it had my attention. so we got to talking and i basically got set on buying it.

Its dropped on H&R Coilovers, and has, turboxs 4" bellmouth DP, turboxs utec delta, turboXS up pipe, turboxs 3 inch catback, aps top mount ic, forge open atmosphere bov , aem wideband, autometer boost, autometer oil pressure, not hooked up. its been resprayed a dark charcoal color, version 6 sti RA gears, version 6 synchros, and a 6 puck clutch, ARC intake box, hallman mbc :/ , and i think pullies on it. I believe theres a little more but im forgetting it if there is. the last thing, is it has 4 pot brakes upfront, they say subaru on them. like theyre definatley scooby brakes, i just dont know what kind they are. which makes it challenging to do new brake pads. ill post pics when i get it. i have some ones from facebook now that i posted up but i hope to have it in a week.

the only down side to it, i have to part my integra for it. the only thing im keeping is my sub, amp and headunit.

I dont really know what i want to do with the car yet, the first thing i ordered for it was 2 sets of hella supertones and a set of hella tri tone air horns. None of my previous cars have had horns so there a luxury to me haha.

well just basically wanted to say hey, ive just been on here for the last week nonstop looking for places to buy stuff and doing a lot of research.

    thats really all.

anyways, thats the basis of my story, it goes in depth a lot more but thats the main parts, just dropping in to say hey and i hope to be around here a lot.

nope, not painted. there still the normal colour of just metal. its weird i've never seen em or anything, my buddy with a gc8 had no idea what they were either, he was guessing upgraded impreza or something but wasn't sure.

i couldnt find a receipt for them in the book of receipts that was with the car manual.

i'll try to snap a few pics of when i go back to ohio to pick up the car.

And that car sounds nice, before you part with your Integra, post some engine pics! When you get the wrx post some of that too!

haha, nah man i was acutally born in Santiago, Chile and addopted at about 5-6 months and raised around the east coast and midwest of the US.

I just learned to say certain words like that.

i'll go snap a few pics of the integra sitting in the garage. I'm not sure exactly what to do with it.

    That's cool.

I know my buddy that owns a 96 GT Mustang was looking for an integra to play with, i think he wanted to do a CRV engine swap into it. I would say he might want to buy it but i think he wants a stock one to mod himself as a project.

Some pics of my integra in the first big drive i did with it when i got most of my suspension on it and it was going to get tuned back in ohio.

it was a fun ass drive. if you look at the exhaust you can tell its a buddy club straight pipe.

The reason there is all the vinyl on the car, and especially the mischief ones, is i went through some very hard times in my life and they supported me through it. i also have a love for helping people out. my way of helping people out is if they have a business i like, i put there logo on my car or just run about promoting the hell out of em.

i've been with mischief which used to be teckademics for probably 7 or so years and theyve always supported me. a lot of the reason for the stickers on the windshield, because sticker make your car faster, and people hate them. i dont care, i enjoy it so i do what i want. the WRX is only getting stickers from companies and people that help me.

The interior which looks NOTHING like this now

motor looks completely different. it has a different VC, intake, and other little things.

my friends who helped get the car running, and the motor out of my old civic into the integra. i love these guys more than anything.
    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...DSC_0247-1.jpg

my old civic hatch. it was FULLY stripped. no nothing except seats and a shift knob and steering wheel and gauges. when they switched motors they switched the integra motor to the civic and the civic motor to the teg. the civic had a b18b and the teg had the ITR motor.

    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/DSC_0254.jpg
    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...s/DSC_0255.jpg

this guy has gone through HELL from working on my cars, I cannot express how grateful i am for him. he was the owner of the integra before me, i went through highschool with him. and i traded him the civic and cash for the teg and the work he did. he has been a life saver.

ill go snap a few pics of the integra as it sits now.

yeah i get that, ive acutally got a buddy whos taking his CR-V 5 speed and putting an integra motor in it. boosted. hes going to bore a 1.8 up to a 2 and turbo it, keep the awd, and just keep it looking good.

its a pretty bad ass idea if you ask me.

just ordered a set of 18x8 tenzo tenspec white wheels with falken ziex ze-912 tires. just something better than stock for now

also ordered a set of STRI guages last night. gonna get rid of the wideband for a while. and eventually get a PLX instead. something different. I've always used aem uego widebands.

probably going to start with the CF for this car next. although i need to save money. i cant really afford to mod this and keep the integra in the mean time.

i gotta get rid of the teg or atleast the motor.

    Wink

My house, my dads BMW, Moms Audi, and my little sisters boyfriends camaro,

    The side of my integra

A buddy of mine who does photography out in cali. Hes not even a legal adult yet and hes DAMN good at what he does, check his stuff out.

Tucking tires all around, there 15" wheels. Im dropped about 3.5 inches maybe a little more. this is the back drivers side.

Closer view at the rear drivers side.

    Angle of the back.

How low the front is. I scrape a lot....

My motor, a JDM B18c, Its got a black valve cover for a reason, I HATE RED.
On cars, Im just not a fan of red cars normally. I do not know why i bought a red car....

My Dyno Chart, on stock injectors, and stock ignition minus the plugs and wires. 206hp and 144 tq. the retard at the desk typed the number wrong on the bottom. eh 4 lbft tq who cares lol

    Another Motor Shot

Slowmotion Motorsports. They are located in Sunbury Ohio, near polaras and columbus. They did the tuning on the car and a lot of other work when the car was stranded back in ohio and I didnt have tools or anything there.

    Passenger side

A little bit of a joke cause theres pretty much nothing left is stock on the car.

The front wheel drivers side, tucking, as usual

Close up of the drivers wheel and the brakes, Hawk HP Plus pads, Powerslot Rotors, and Goodrich Stainless Lines, GSR 1" Master Cylinder, 40/40 prop valve.

The inside of the drivers side of the car. NRG short hub and NRG quick release. mated to a Personal Blue Suede steering wheel. I believe the model of the wheel is Grinata, its a 350mm wheel.

The whole interior, Im in the process of stripping out the system to put it in the WRX

Dynamic Auto Design (ricer) seats with Megan 4 point harnesses.

yes if you were wondering, the wheels are pink I love em. Im gonna miss em

haha, thanks. Im going to miss them. I think the mechanic who did a lot of the work on my integra is going to end up buying them off of me and some of my suspension and exhaust.

im not really looking forward to parting the car but have to. all the stickers are off the windshield already, all thats left is the Mischief Stickers and Spencer Berke ones.

i catch a lot of **** for the wheels but dont really care, i like hte car to stand out
