haha, yup! been playin for like 8 years now. music is my life! i love it.
and yea, i was pretty into offroading, and then one day i just kinda completely lost interest...long story. i eventually plan on trying some rally type driving w/ the WRX, so im not stayin off the dirt, just off the rocks and mud(the deep stuff atleast)

Get yourself some good mudflaps if you will be playing in the dirt. The Subie paint is not the best.

I guarantee you will like the WRX on the street way better than the Xterra

haha, yea, i dont doubt it one bit. eventhough the X is pretty sturdy...it wont be able to beat a AWD subie. im pumped.
its not letting me post this question in the section about asking questions before you buy. im looking to get this WRX, what do yall think?

hey daniel! welcome from a fellow musician (bass 5 years, piano 16)

stay the HECK away from that wrx you linked in your last post.

take the time & patience and find yourself a BONE STOCK one with maintenance records. you'll thank us later!

I second that! Bone stock is best, but a mildly modded one could be a decent buy as well.

why do you say stay away from it? im curious.
he is selling it because he got thrown in jail and needs money to repay his dad for bailing him out.

youre always taking a risk buying a used car to begin with, but buying a modified one is even worse.

if the list is short and sweet (catback exhaust, wheels, window tint) that's fine

but once you start getting into a laundry list, it's just scary because you dont know if things have been installed properly, tuned properly, maintained properly, etc etc

i was planning on taking it to a tuner shop in town before i buy it, would that be a safer buy? or even if they say its good, should i stay away from it?
