    Smile 1st subby

I purchased 2003 WRX hatchback couple days ago, i'm new to Turbo cars don't even know what to and what not to. I had 95 corolla, everything was so simple, i opened WRX hood and was stunned ...
But i'm willing to learn everything, so i can fix some isues by myself.
    Couple first questions:
    1. So far i'we been told to use regular oil, previous owner said he tried to use synthetic 3 times and he had some gasket leaking because of that.
My new subby in good shape, everything stock, exept 4 tokico d-spec stuts.
    Engine without mods.
So what will cause oil leak when you put synthetic in it ? For me it sound so wierd.

    2 question:

I'we got scrapping noise from front brakes area, i already clean the pads and all metal to metal parts, it's still present, and also i have a lot of brake dust on my rims.

    Any help will be apreciated.
