    Stock or Aftermarket?

    I have seen several 2002 WRX, some with and without the turbo gauge for the stock turbo. The ones with the turbo gauge have been placed in the same location, can not honestly exactly but in the general area. I have been planning to purchase one but I one that is completely stock. So the question I am getting at is that, is there a suppose to be a stock turbo gauge, is it an option from retailer, or is it after market. Please reply =)

    I think what he was saying is that the "Boost Guage" is a dealer option not the turbo. I believe you can order the stock location and housing for the guage you are looking to get.

    So bottom line answer that I am aiming for is, the 2002 Subaru WRX has stock turbo. But the boost gauge is an option that you get from the dealer.

    Tell me if I read the post wrong, thank you for the answers.

    That is correct, the 2002 WRX comes stock with a turbo from the factory. The lamco boost gauge is an option available from the dealer.
