    Need help identifying downpipe piece

Hello everybody- I'm new here and I just bought an 03 auto wrx wagon a couple of weeks ago and I love it! I owned/built a very modded 91 mitsu galant vr4 before this car and I'm really liking the reliability of the subie!

The dealership I bought the car from is connected to a rally team and I ended up buying quite a few parts from the head mechanic. There is one piece that I need some help with though. It is the beginning of a downpipe and it has springs on either side I assume to help with quick changes of the turbo. I was hoping someone would know who makes it and where I might be able to find the rest of the downpipe. Check attachments for pics of the mystery pipe and thanks ahead.

(the second pic is trying to show the number 4429 on its side)

It was included in the parts lot I bought from them. I didn't buy it individually it just came with a bunch of goodies. It's not a bad piece it's just ugly... The rally team switched from subie to mitsu so they just wanted everything gone.
