I've used both Pirelli PZero Nero M&S and Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus. I have been happy with both.

+1 on the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus, these where the best all season tires I ever used.
Although, I never used the PZero's.

I think I'm the only one that doesn't like the Pilot Sports...

I have them on right now, and I absolutely hate them. I spin all 3 tires when I slip quickly.

They're good in the rain, but not as good as my RE-01Rs were (they're called RE-11s now)

And the street grip was much better, and forgiving at the limits with the RE-01Rs

Well, I guess I should preface, that my 05 WRX was running at stock power levels. Once and a while the inside front tire would break loose, but it was infinitely better than the RE-92's.

Sinister's 2.5L with VF39, its putting down quite a bit more power. Also, keep in mind the RE-01/11's are summer only tires

The RE-92s were the worst mistake Subaru made. That and the 08 body style

I'm sorry, I should've mentioned that I'm not stock power levels.

I'm using BF Goodrich KDWs right now and having good results with them.
I work on vehicles that make 650hp and 2400ft/lbs.

You live in Wisconsin, so you should really be looking at dedicated sets of winter/summer tires.

Summer: Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec (I have a set of 245/40/17 in my TireRack wishlist for when my Azenis wear out)
Winter: Nokian Hakkapalita R / Bridgestone Blizzaks in 225/45/17

Personally, I find it easier just to buy a cheap set of wheels for the winter tires so that the salt doesn't eat up my BBSs (I went with ASA JH3s which I got with my Blizzak REVO1s for < $1000)

    + ∞

I always buy Falkenz (15+ yrs) though the model changes depending on what new ones become available.

I currently have the ZIEX ZE-512 but will be getting the ZIEX ZE-912s soon.

I just love their super stiff sidewalls, and they are excellent (model specific) in water, though I can't personally vouch for snow, they are all Season/All Weather W rated (168mph) performance tires.

    Good luck!
