noob with a question

Really glad to find these forums, they are very friendly and full of information.
But anyways, im currently saving up for a 09 wrx hb. Im new to mods and cars in general. I've read a lot but im still kinda confused about what mods to do first. If i were to go perrin stage 1, does that come with all i need or do other parts need to be upgraded in order to handle the power?
thanks for any answers, i know answering noob questions must get old after a while

I own an 06 and for me this is what I did...I put on TBE and Short ram intake and got it protuned....but I am pretty sure if you go with any stage 1 setup you dont need to do anything else to go with it..that is why they are in stages..but I'm still a noob as well! Plus I don't know anything about the 09's....

I would concentrate on getting the car first though!!
