    new wrx owner

I'd just like to say hi and how awesome it feels to own a WRX(2004). I know I've made one of my friends jealous. I used to drive a Plymouth Laser, Turbo, AWD.
Anyway, I've had this car about a month now and have a few questions.....
First off, what can I do about the gas smell in cold weather, will my local Subaru dealership replace the faulty parts I've heard about, or is it up to me? Is it a recall?
Second, I want to install my old sub from said Laser; where can I route power cables? BTW, already replaced stock stereo.

I'd hate to sound like a real newb, but what is TSB? (I'm used to DSM jargon) And is it a simple fix to do on my own to replace these fuel lines or easier/cheaper to have a dealer do it?

A TSB is what DaimlerChrysler and Mitsu issued in several cases for the Laser/Eclipse/Talon. For example, the leaking transfer case issue that could cause the rear wheels to seize at speed was initially dealt with under a TSB, or Technical Service Bulletin. A TSB is not a recall; however, in many cases there is no cost to the end user.

I'd let someone else do the work on the fuel lines since I find them a pain and I have larger hands than some, plus it's easier to go from underneath I suppose.
