The '09 runs about 90 lbs heavier than the '02.

with a dynojet and those mods, look towards about 220-230whp

yea id like the 04's but im buying a house and the 02-03's are less then 10 around me. I dont want to be broke

That all depends on the driver.

A stage 2 wrx can make up to 240whp (maybe more) with the 2.5L engines.

The 02-03 will probably be around 225 at best on a dynoJet and around 200awhp on a mustang dyno.

1/4mile times should be in the mid 13's with a good driver, but probably higher.
