Hi all, new WRX owner here. Longtime admirer - been a fan since 2003, just couldn't afford one. Picked up a 2005 WRX Blue, all stock, with 40K last night. First MT in ten years, wish me luck.

Looking forward to hanging out and learning quite a bit.

unfortunately, that doesnt appear to be a stock BPV. it looks like an aftermarket BOV.

Should have updated that - still a bit of a newb. I believe it to be a TurboXS Type H-RFL. It's loud as...well, it's loud.

Yeah, I'm one of the Humane Society goons. Stop by and say hey sometime.

Took off the BOV, soooo much happier now that the car runs in first.
