I have been looking at a few WRXs that are described as turbocharged. I looked at a lot of the pics and I don't see any way of monitoring the turbo. Is this normal? do wrxs not come with any of this stock or is the person who wrote up the description an idiot?

If you wanted the OEM boost gauge, there is usually one or two for sale on NASOIC. Better than getting one from the dealership.

02-07 Gauge is ugly, and in BAR.... I'd figure out a different option, and go with an aftermarket Boost Gauge.

    Actually ...

The stock boost gauges, on both of my WRX & STi, measure in MPa. "MPa" is Megapascals (The pascal unit is named after Blaise Pascal, the eminent French mathematician, physicist, and philosopher noted for his experiments with a barometer. The name pascal was adopted for the SI unit newton per square metre by the 14th CGPM in 1971.)

With 100,000 pa approximately equal to 1bar equal to 1 atm, it doesn't matter to me... .1 Mpa, 1 bar... It's still a useless measurement when the standard unit in usdm tuning is psi.

all wrx's are turbocharged, the standard impreza isnt and yes they didnt bother to put a boost guage in the wrx only in the sti models. but yeah any wrx that is actually a wrx, not a standard impreza, is turboed.
