Hood scoop swap

Hey guys. I tried searching but couldn't find a direct answer.

I was wondering if an 05 sti hood scoop is A DIRECT BOLT ON to the 04 wrx

I know it fits but i need to know if i need any other hardware for it to actually go on or if i can use the OEM ones.

and will having an sti hood scoop have a negative impact on the flow to my IC?

If you could answer my questions or hit me up with a link to a thread that would be awesome!

I'm looking to purchase one today!

I'm not sure if the STI hood scoop bellows will effect the flow to my IC (NON Sti IC)

I'm guessing it would improve flow but i'm not sure how it matches up.

Put it on dude it's direct no different really and it won't negatively affect your IC it will actually increase your air flow so in essence it's somewhat of an upgrade!

Damn i'll say that is more like a steal, I paid 250 for mine because it's the JDM V7 STi scoop and it's OBP not even my car color but hell I like it alot fits my blue and black theme and doesn't look retarded like the one you bought would on my bugeye
