    "If" they replace the exhaust, they certainly aren't going to let you kep the old one.

    If you like the old one... your best bet is just to buy a used stock exhaust on eBay.... nobody wants them, they are DIRT cheap.... use it for inspection purposes..... and then put the "good" exhaust back on the car.

    well....

    after talking more to some locals and looking into local law some more... there is a qoute "unless the vehicle is otherwise exempt. " cause its exempt right now (tucson only tests cars older then 5 years) the dealer does not have to fix it...i ended up not even going to the dealer to talk about it.
