    congrats on the buy
if you dont want to void warranty i say have the dealership install the spt catback. i havent really read much on the new models but thats my suggestion (you could go on jscspeed.com lots of parts great site i get all my parts from them) lowering springs i always suggest tein s-tech or h-techs i have s-techs on my wrx they lower nice but its more of a stiff ride then with h-techs, h-techs dont lower you as much but give a smoother ride i think

good luck with the car and hope you get your sti soon

Get the pinks - a local dealer offered a deal of something along the lines of $500 for SPT CBE and Pink springs

I just picked up the pinks off a guy on 3gwrx.com,

There are more threads on there where you can get them for like 150...

    I'd go that route...

    Congrats on the buy...

Hey what part of MD are you from. I'm in silver spring. Just got my new wrx last wednesday!

Not sure about suspension parts, but I'm pretty sure engine parts will void your warranty. The spt exhaust will not void your warranty however...give a look at those, I have one and it sounds amazing, and SCC did a dyno test and they gain 19 whp! And no you don't need a tune for the exhaust, but you would need one from a downpipe, at least that's what's stickied on one of the forum sections.

You do not gain ~20whp from a CBE

Yes I am very skeptical of this number also. I do have some car experience and I know that normally that just doesn't happen to a stock car by simply installing a CBE, but for what it's worth according to the SCC article they went from 182whp to 201whp.

Anyone have personal dyno numbers on the spt exhaust??
