Well, I made an assumption by the time I'm 16, the economy will be cleaning it's self up. This upcoming months will be tough as hell, but when everyone starts to strike, I believe everything will be back to normal.
Then again, I can be wrong.
Therefore, I will struggle but I can still manage.

If he can get on his parents insurance it will be lower, just be careful cuz your parents can get sued if you get in a wreck or injure someone with your car. I am 21 and on my parents insurance and with a sweet local company im paying $204 every 3 months, which breaks down to $68 a month. One of the requirements was there had to be a car under liability in your family, which was my 91 integra that i drove before, so i was good to go. Im sure it will be a little higher for you at age 16. But none the less, welcome to the club. glad you are hear to learn before you buy

Sorry, I wasn't paying attention.
-I got another year ahead of me and I'm saving up cash.
Secondly, I didn't mean people would literately go on strike, I'm saying people will cut back on driving and start taking CTA buses to work or bikes---or hell the freaking little motor scooter that goes 100 miles per gallon.
Welcome to the club.
