I was hesitant to post this at first because it is a little embarising...
two weeks ago I was in a new parking lot driving about 10mph and all of sudden my front end dips down and I bottom out and the the rear does the same.
I get out of my 2004 WRX Wagon and I find I drove over a sink hole in the black top. It was about 8" deepand 3.5' wide.
I got home and took a look under the front and I scaped the engine undercover pretty good but other than that I can't see any damage to front or rear, except that now my front bumper has more wiggle than it did before.
There did not seem to be any damage to the rear at all (muffler was fine).
This is my first WRX, and man these things are built well!
I was wondering if there is anything else I should have chaecked after my experience with the crater?
I was going to replace the bumper anyway, now my wife will give the thumbs up.
Thanks for any input you might have.
