gc8 oil

hi guys,i was wondering which oil and grade is best for the gc8 wrx or any wrx.i heard shell 15w 40 oil is best.can u guys tell me what' sbest to use?

i have a wrx gc8 99 model it's a turbocharged ej20.i am from antigua

For smooth easy daily driving use a good 0w or 5w 30, for track use go with 0w 40 or the 15w 40 you mentioned earlier. If I can't find any 0w 40 I'll be using that next oil change in my 94 WRX.

Lots of people use the Mobil 1! I use RedLine in a 5w 30 for my forester.
