    Riken Raptor VS. Fusion HRI?

I have to get new tires for my Nissan Quest. Shop is suggesting Riken Raptor as I need the MOST inexpensive I can find. BUT I don't want to jepordize safety. I have also read about the FUSION HRI which this shop also has for about $50 more.

QUESTION: Anyone know anything about these tires?, Any suggestions?, Is there a different forum I should goto?

    Thanks!
