WRXers,
My wife and I just bought an '02 WRX and so far we love it! Kind of odd, my other car is a Honda Civic, slightly different driving experience (my Civic puts out a whopping 115 hp at the crank...). WRX is alot of fun and sticks to the road like nothing I've driven. Previous owner is a track instructor. Put a strut on the front, racing brakes on the front and rear, different springs, and different wheels (to fit the bigger brakes). Other than that it's stock.
Ok, I have to admit, "technically" it's my wife's car but hey, I drive it as much as she does (she knows how to have fun in her car as well though).
Soooooooooo...hi!!

Mods & Pics
Welcome to the club! Have any more pictures? What upgraded brakes does the car have?
Here's what's on it (all done by the previous owner):
Alloy lower control arms, HRE springs (lowered 1"), Subaru Group N 4-pot front calipers with OE rotors, vented rear discs off of a Legacy Turbo, front strut bar and ARE Estrella wheels (to handle the larger brake calipers). No engine mods, no interior mods, etc. Still got some zip but he was more worried about cornering and braking than anything. Mayhaps engine mods will come in the future (my younger brother in law is a performance mechanic) but we'll see.
Hello there and Welcome to the CLUB!! Congrats to you both on the WRX!
Looks like you have a few great mods on it already! Enjoy...
