Question new08wrx seems 2 have lost power any1else?

    Hello,
I got a 2008 wrx and it was smooth sailing for a while. 5ooo miles later, it feels like it lost it's umph!. I test drove another from the lot and the difference was unreal. I suspect something wrong with the turbo but I'm not quite sure. Anybody else have a similar issue?
    Thankx.

I am at 9,000mi w/o any power loss. Take it to your dealer, you still have a warranty.

I had the same feeling about mine. When I took it for a service the mechanic wasn't able to pull any error codes or see any issues. It was also fine when he drove it - we think that an electrical plug or hose must have been loose and was inadvertantly corrected when he was inspecting the engine compartment. The gas consumption changed for the better instantly, as did the response and acceleration. Good luck, hopefully it's something simple like this.
