I just drove 2hrs. to pick one up at Evanston Subaru in Chicago, i'm from kalamazoo, mi. I've wanted a WRX for a long time and upgraded from a 02' SE-R Spec V. This one was pretty much the only one within that radius that was not a wagon or automatic, no offense to those owners as they are still nice but not what i wanted. When i got there i found out it had a APS exhaust, i think its just a catback but sounds really nice and pretty much closed the deal. Though when i took it for a quick test the tach wasn't working, completely dead. The took it into the garage to check it out but the dealerships owner came over and told me they couldn't get it in today because they were busy and they're outsourced electrical shop was 40min. away and they didn't have a tech on hand that day, it was a saturday. so they'll pay for it if i get it fixed at our subie dealership here or i can bring it back. Anyways it also has a turbo timer that isn't hooked up, dealership took out aftermarket alarm and i think disconnected that and did something to the tach. Overall i love the car and its not too hard driving without the tach, i just can't use the car to its full potential yet.
