Just Picked up an 04 WRX

Hope to not get flamed too much since Im a loyal Toyota Owner.

But I simply love AWD n Turbo.

Which lead me to pick up this sweet ride as my new Daily Driver.

My Celica GT has been great for the past 8 Years and well just needed an Update.

I'll be taking more pics and adding to my Car Domain Site soon.

And as for for Future Mods, just Tinted Windows, Tinted Tailights, Strut Bars Front n Rear, Some Springs, and Probably New Rims.

Anyways glad to join and hope to learn another era in rally history.

BTW, strut bars are of little use on a WRX. The strut towers are mounted well to the side significantly reducing flex. Sway bar(s) are a much better add on. Definitely add a stiffer bar on in the rear and optionally one in the front.

Your mod path sounds good but I'd skip the front strut bar. From what I've read, the firewall provides all the stiffness you need up front. But somebody feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...

You are correct. The same goes for the rear as well.

Thanks for comments and Info, I do like how the car handles already.

As for the color, I didn't know until today that in the sunlight it has a goldish appearence to it. Its pretty sweet.
