    Congrats on the car!

I have to say though, I'm really frightened by how many people on here buy a car without having a mechanic look it over. It's the biggest purchase you've ever made and you don't get it checked out?

Thats good to hear- Im glad that the knocking sound is normal...I was more concerned with that because I know that tweety sound has something to do with the turbo, which I plan on replacing pretty soon with the VF 34 anyways. Thanks for the help all!

I don't exactly know what a tweety bird sound is but I suppose it could be the bypass valve release you are hearing.
