    I am new here, Currently I have a 2008 VW R32. It caught on fire, long story, anyways I am going to be getting a 2005 STi this week so I thought I would sign up and read around.

    it was something in the fuse area, it was locked and parked not sure what happened really.

    Geico is going to total it and take care of the rest, if all goes as planned tomorrow I will have everything in line to go get the STI on wed.

    I could have sworn I've heard this story from a service tech from Honda/Volkswagen of panama city. Anyways welcome! I too am located in panama city. I drive a 2010 wrx sedan (lightning red). A few car enthusiasts get together every Sunday night at 6:30 at the dunkin donuts on back beach road (publix). You should come check it out. I'm tired of being the only Subaru there Hahahahaha.
