    what mods should be done to the car I just bought

    Hey what's up guys?! I'm new to the forum and would love some tips on what I should do next to the car I just bought

    03' wrx
    -full exhaust through catback
    -hks bov
    -short ram/air box removed
    -Tein drop coils
    -17" Kiowa rims
    -STI short shift

    I have heard that i should maybe do a fmic, or new ecu

    I'm not exacy sure what "Full exhaust through the catback" means... Is it a full exhaust or is it a catback?

    remove the BOV, and go with a catlees uppipe/downpipe, then hit up an aftermarket ecu. you'll be happy with the results. =)

    No BOV ever. Who ever tells you that a BOV is a good mod is poorly informed.

    Also, it is best to search. As you can imagine we have 10 new members a day asking that same question.

    Get some some engine management like the Cobb AP
    And then get a protune which is a dyno tune to create a specific map for your car and mods.

    also make sure the up pipe has been replaced on the 03 there is a cat in the up pipe.
